The Omnitest hardness tester is a universal machine for standardised testing under loads from 9.80 N to 2451 N (1 to 250 KgF). Selecting the type of test and loads is quick and easy.
All tests comply with DIN and ISO EN 6506, 6507, 6508, 2039, BS and ASTM standards.
The Omnitest is equipped with a built-in PC running Windows, a high-resolution USB camera and LED lighting.
The highly rigid structure of the frame eliminates the effects of sagging during the test.
Measurements are taken automatically across all hardness ranges, with the option of taking a manual measurement if required. Results are displayed on the 12″ screen and can be printed or exported to a PC. The correction offset of a test on cylindrical parts is automatic.
